Q. How do I place an order for Photo Day?

A. For leagues or schools who are not including photographs in their registration, we ship order forms to the league or school before Photo Day.  These order forms are then passed out to the coaches or teachers so that they can pass them along to the individuals. Extra forms are always available on Photo Day as well.  Just speak with the photographer’s assistant and he or she will be happy to help you.

If your league is including a photo package with your registration, we have order forms for additional optional photo packages, trading cards, plaques, etc. Just check with your league representative, your coach or our staff on picture day.

If your school or league is offering online ordering, please check your email (including spam Folder) for a link to view your photographs

Q. How do I pay for photos on Photo Day?

A. You can pay by check, cash or credit card.  Online orders require a credit card.

Q. I forgot to order on Photo Day, can I still order my child’s photos?

A. Yes, please contact us by email or phone, and we can accept your order. Note, late orders (placed more than two weeks after photo day, are subject to a slight increase in price)

Q. How long does it take to receive photos?

A. Photos taken on Photo Day or on Make-up Day are generally delivered to your league or school within 3-4 weeks.  Reorders and corrections are mailed directly and arrive within 10-14 days of the date ordered. Please check with your coach or school, or call us for more information.

Q. Can I reorder photos and photo products after Photo Day?

A. Absolutely!  Please note, however, that prices and packaging structures are different after Photo Day. Any late or re-orders are mailed directly to your home.

Q. What if I’m not happy with my photos?

A. If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of your photos, you are welcome to attend your League or Schools Make-up Day for a retake at no additional cost.  If a makeup day is not available we will be happy to provide you with a full refund in exchange for your photos.
